Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email. 

 

How long does shipping take

We typically have a 2 day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this your package will be shipped to you between 14 and 21 business days.

 

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the return page, within 30 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the return page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We want to make sure that everyone able to receive our products.
